- Issuance of a booking confirmation by Globus Tours
The acceptance of a booking request does not guarantee confirmation of any travel service until such confirmation has been communicated by Globus Tours.

Globus Tours reserves the right to request full payment, partial payment, deposits, advance payments or staged payments depending upon the circumstances of a booking.
Failure to make payments within the specified timelines may result in cancellation of services, loss of deposits or additional charges imposed by suppliers.
SERVICE FEES
Globus Tours reserves the right to charge service fees, consultation fees, processing fees, booking fees, amendment fees, cancellation handling fees, research fees, documentation fees, visa assistance fees or other administrative charges in connection with services provided.
Such fees may vary depending upon the complexity of the booking, destination, supplier requirements, urgency, travel season or scope of services requested.

Taxes may change due to amendments in law, government policy or regulatory requirements and any resulting increase shall be payable by the Customer.
CANCELLATIONS, AMENDMENTS AND CHANGES
Cancellation, amendment and modification policies vary significantly depending upon the type of travel service booked, supplier conditions, seasonality, promotional offers, fare rules, room categories, departure dates and other factors.
Accordingly, cancellation charges, amendment fees, supplier penalties and refund eligibility shall be determined based upon the specific conditions applicable to the booking at the time of confirmation.
In addition to supplier-imposed charges, Globus Tours reserves the right to recover reasonable service charges, administrative costs and processing fees incurred in handling cancellations, amendments or refunds.
Any request for cancellation or amendment must be submitted in writing and shall be deemed effective only when acknowledged by Globus Tours.
REFUNDS
Refund eligibility and refund amounts shall depend upon the rules and conditions applicable to the relevant supplier and the specific booking.
Certain services, promotional fares, discounted packages, special offers, group departures, charter services, peak-season bookings or non-refundable products may not qualify for any refund.
Where refunds are available, Globus Tours may deduct applicable supplier charges, banking charges, foreign exchange losses, processing fees, service charges and any other recoverable costs before issuing the refund.
Refund processing times may vary depending upon supplier procedures, banking systems and payment methods.
No refund shall become payable unless the corresponding refund has been received from the supplier where such supplier approval or reimbursement is required.

Certain bookings may consist of multiple travel components including flights, accommodation, transfers, sightseeing, visas, insurance, cruises, rail services or other products.
Each component may be governed by separate supplier rules, cancellation policies, amendment conditions and refund provisions.
Cancellation or modification of one component may affect the pricing, availability or validity of other components within the booking. Globus Tours shall not be responsible for any resulting increase in costs, penalties or losses arising from such changes.
